MESSAGE FROM PRESIDENT GOVERNING BODY

The true aim of education is to ensure multidimensional growth of students to strengthen their ability, commitment and sincerity towards building responsible citizens and a vibrant society. With this aim in mind, the college was established by a great freedom fighter and an eminent educationist of his time, Raja Sri Rama Chandra Mardaraj Deo; and since then, the legacy of his ideology is being carried forward. I am very happy to note that besides providing quality education to all sections of the society, the institution is also involved in different co-curricular activities like Sports, NCC, NSS, Blood Donation, Cultural Programmes and environmental awareness programmes in the locality. I consider it to be a great privilege for me to be the President of Governing Body of this glorious institute of higher learning which has been a guiding force in the annals of mankind since long.

Our collective responsibilities further increases to make better of the NAAC accreditation in the third cycle. My pleasure crosses all bounds, when I see the pool of talented and academically enriched faculty members, improved classroom situation, modern teaching learning materials and facilities in the college. With the active cooperation of faculty members, supporting staff and creative involvement of the principal, to which, they are capable of, I can vouch, the college will be able to fulfill its social and educational responsibilities as were enshrined by its founder. With passage of time, I hope and believe, this historic institute will definitely touch the pinnacle.
